3 years ago I decided to move from a newer building in Encino to the Northview Southview Apartments. The rent is a lot lower and yes the building is not new but I rather have a bigger apartment and pay reasonable rent, then a tiny, small overpriced apartment. For being in a smaller building its not noisy or over crowded in the fitness or laundry room. I always have my friends and family over and get great remarks on where I live and how nice this place is. Property staff does its best to keep up and always notify us of when the work will be done. The Managers have always been great to me and the maintenance guys are the best! I recommend this place to anyone!

I recently had a problem with the plumbing in my apartment. Having lived in apartments nearly all of my adult years I am use to getting the run around and living with a leaky faucet for years. Even though management does have a process and things cannot be taken care of over night, I felt like this issue was resolved quickly and they kept me in the loop with what was going on during the repairs. I was extremely surprised when the Manager made herself available after hours and did her best to answer any questions that I had. I have also noticed that as soon as I report a problem it’s taken care of ASAP. This building is in great hands!

I have lived at Southview Apartments for over 8 months and I could not be happier. I was a little concerned with the area when I first viewed the apartments, but now I can say I made a great choice. Inside the community it is very quiet and peaceful. It’s great to be able to come home do laundry while I am relaxing in the hot tub or working out in the fitness room. My neighbors are great, they seem to care about the apartments, but yet keep to themselves. The property management staff is always around, and very helpful.

What I love about living here, is not only does the property management team take care of the grounds, they take care of any maintenance issues that arise. You aren't having to wait for days on end to get a response. They are quick to the draw and are working on any issue within a day of being called. That makes living here, well worth it to us.
